This person will be primarily responsible for the organisation of all deliveries out of our Distribution Centre in Little Island.
They will be required to coordinate between Sales, Customer Service and Accounts to ensure that all orders are ready for shipment and liaise with Warehouse and Transport teams to fulfil deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all delivery routes. Ensuring a timely delivery service: forward and reverse countrywide logistics.
- React and resolve any delivery issues as they occur to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Scheduling and coordination of the logistics team.
- Examine the current flow of goods, and ensure there are enough resources for a consistent and seamless logistics service that is managed through effective planning.

The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to all EZ Living Interior customers, ensuring that every customer is given outstanding service through superior product knowledge and sales delivery that goes above and beyond customer expectations.

The Role:
- Be passionate & knowledgeable about the products you sell, actively seek to improve your knowledge of our new ranges when they arrive in your store.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Actively approach customers to advise them on the best solutions to suit their needs.
- Maintain the standards of the showroom.
- Assist the management team in any ad hock operational requirements.
- Ensure company standards of performance are followed at all times.
Ideal Candidate:
- Should be highly motivated.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people.
- Have a strong desire to maximise your earning potential.
- Capable of working on their initiative.
- Proven 2 years of sales experience in a similar background desirable but not essential. Furniture experience would be an advantage but not essential.
- Well presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment.
- Weekend availability.
- Competent in the use of computer systems.
