We’re delighted to introduce the Brendan Courtney Home and Garden collection, shaped by Brendan’s distinctive approach to design. Refined, considered and rooted in how people really live. Designed exclusively for EZ Living Interiors, this marks Brendan’s first furniture collection, shaped by his own renovation journey on the Irish coast in Wicklow and a passion for interiors and how we live at home.

The collection draws on that experience, where creating a space that could move seamlessly between indoors and out became a defining part of the design process. The idea of two worlds existing side by side runs throughout. Brendan’s goal was to design furniture that isn’t confined to one setting, but instead moves effortlessly between both, adapting naturally to the way we live.

Designed with the Irish home in mind, each piece balances elegance with practicality, bringing together beautiful proportions, luxurious comfort and quietly confident style. We’re so proud to introduce this collection with Brendan, a range shaped by his designer eye and his deep love of home.

“I wanted this collection to capture the feeling of relaxed outdoor living — spaces where people can gather, unwind and enjoy time together. The designs combine natural materials with modern details to create pieces that feel stylish but also welcoming and comfortable. For me, outdoor furniture should make your garden feel like an extension of your home.”

The Collection:

The Brendan Courtney Home and Garden collection features the Outdoor Sofa Set and the Rectangular Dining Set, designed to sit naturally within an outdoor space and extend all the comforts of the indoors to the outdoors.

The silhouettes are clean, with an understated presence. “I wanted simple but stand-out statement pieces that are low-key,” Brendan explains.

Built from FSC-certified acacia wood, each piece carries a natural warmth, with soft, buttery tones that shift gently in the light. “It’s an unusual colour… a kind of buttery wood colour which I love,” he says, describing a finish inspired by Irish sunsets. The material itself is chosen with intention. It’s sustainable, durable and designed to withstand the elements whilst maintaining its beautiful character.

Comfort sits at the centre of every decision. Cushions are upholstered in wipe-clean, waterproof fabric that holds its shape while remaining soft. “This is the fabric I’d like on my own sofa, inside and out,” Brendan notes. It’s the kind of material that holds up to real life, whether that’s hosting, everyday use, the occasional muddy paw or sticky hand. Beneath, the webbed seat structure allows for a more relaxed sit.

Subtle design details allow airflow through the table and prevent water from settling, ensuring the furniture works with the environment, not against it.

The Dining Set creates a natural focal point. A place for long lunches that stretch into evening. The Sofa Set shifts things into a slower rhythm, made for lounging, hosting or simply spending time outside without needing an occasion.

This is where you can really make it your own, with Brendan’s curated collection of accessories.

Stripes set the tone straight away, crisp and easy, layered across cushions and table settings to create movement. Pops of red and blue lift everything, while softer greens, warm terracottas and sandy tones keep it feeling sun-washed and easy.

Sea-inspired motifs are dotted across napkins and cushions, with scalloped edges on glassware and pieces that feel like they have been collected over time.

As Brendan puts it, the furniture is adaptable. “The furniture is quite muted… so that you can add your personality through accessories.” Or simply, “cushions, cushions, cushions.”

It all comes together like a well-styled outfit. A little playful, easy to layer and easy to make your own. You can dress it up for hosting, keep it simple for every day, or land somewhere in between. With so many pieces in the capsule, there are plenty of ways to shape it into something that feels entirely like you.

Brendan Courtney’s approach has always centred on personality and ease, and here it expands into something broader. The garden becomes something more, “the garden is now a garden room.”

It is a space to be truly enjoyed. Somewhere to host, to relax, to spend time in a way that feels natural. “I’d love people to see how it will be used… as a living space,” he says. “A space that I would go into to calmly potter.”

There are subtle Mediterranean references in the styling, with sun-washed tones and relaxed layering, but always grounded in what works for an Irish climate. It proves that practical does not mean compromising on style.

Paired with EZ Living Interiors’ focus on quality and usability, the result is a collection that feels design-led without losing sight of real life. Rooted in what a home should offer first. “Safety, comfort, and then beauty.”
